Irreverent Spaghetti

How to best celebrate a milestone in your life (for example, like ending the writing up of a Master's dissertation project) than to start a new project: a blog about cooking!

So, today I cooked pasta and in an irreverent way, combined prawns and chicken breast. Yummy!

(serves 4)

Ingredients:

500 g of spaghetti
olive oil
3 eggs
300 ml milk
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
6 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion
400 g pre-cooked prawns
400 g pre-cooked chicken breast
fresh basil
green chili

Method:

Cook the pasta in boiling water until they are al dente.

Whisk the eggs, add milk, one green onion (I added the white bulb and the green stem), salt and pepper. Make an omelette. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.

In a wok, pour some olive oil and add the thinly sliced onion and prawns. Stir fry until lightly crisped. Add garlic, the chicken and the rest of the green onions . Add the thinly sliced omelette and at last, add the pasta, the green chili (if you like it hot) and basil.

Ready to serve. Bon appétit !
